  We had a pipe freeze this winter and came home to water coming down from light fixtures in kitchen and into our crawl space. I called **** ******** from web search. That was the first mistake. Plumber showed up and immediately suggested Allphase Restoration and Roofing. After researching a week later I found that this is a common scam from ****************** Fraud website. Plumbers were getting big referral fees. I called Allphase Restoration at 8 pm and found that they could stop by. Second mistake. I should have not panicked. These companies want you to panic and sign a one sided contract. **** from All Profit I mean All Phase showed up with IPad and I made my third mistake by not reading the contract. I signed a contract that had terrible terms. Waived my 3 days to cancel. If I terminated I was obligated to pay for services performed along with a 20% fee for what Allphase expected to get for the job. Allphase brought 6 dehumidifiers in. There was no cutting into drywall in the ceiling or walls. After 2 days of reading terrible reviews and hearing from the insurance adjuster and a contractor that the dehumidifiers were not doing anything until the drywall was cut into which exposed the moisture behind the walls and ceiling. I told them I wanted them to leave. They said my charges were $3600 for work performed which is $300 a day per dehumidifier. In addition the 20% contract charge was $3500. Which means that they expected to get $17,500 for just water mitigation which I believe is just running dehumidifiers for weeks. You can get a high end dehumidifier from ******* for $300. Insurance ended up paying me $11000. I was able to hire a contractor to cut all the drywall, dry everything out, fix the bad insulation, replace the drywall, sand and retexture the ceiling for $5000. Settled with Allphase for $6000. Stay away from companies that want you to sign a contract, dont quote rates, dont trust plumber referrals, research, and dont panic

  This company is lacking in every category. They get you to sign contract. When you cancel within 48 hrs (as specified in contract). They bill for full amount and continually harass you via phone with threats. They do not deserve a 1 star rating. How they stay in business is beyond me. I am currently trying to resolve via BBB . Please look for other restoration services.

  I found Allphase quality, honesty, and customer service severely lacking. Their subcontractors were reckless, causing significant damage all around my property. When I reported the issues, ****** and Hannas either attempted to fix it with poor quality/ wrong materials, denied responsibility as preexisting or dismissed my concerns as unreasonable, like restitution is asking for too much but in my case I got all 3 at one point or another. ****** will also try to charge you for extra material that wasnt used but he did at least adjust it once called out on it. This has been the worst experience Ive had with a company, reflected in their low rating of 1.5 stars. AVOID Allphase is possible.

  Scammers, lied to us telling us that our insulation was still wet and needed to tear up the floor. There was no insulation under the floor and it was completely dried. Charged us $1,800.00 to just leave fans running.

  This company is overpriced for the under work they claim they will do. When you're in water you want reliable and dependable help, especially when your money and time is involved. This company drops off fans and dehumidifiers for a whole week without checking. They don't honor the appointed time frame. Morning appointments are just before 12 noon. When **** came to pickup equipment, he stated that the equipment was placed improperly and another day would need to dry a certain wall. He appeared surprised when I said no one has checked in a week. When he came back for the equipment the next day he said the company would reach out to me to finish repairs (carpet padding). He said, call if I haven't heard from them by the end of the week. I've called several times and left messages. In the beginning, ******************************* came in like a "Knight in Shining Armor" saying the company would replace carpet padding that was removed and clean and disinfect concrete part of flooring. He said all work and labor was included in the $2,000.00 contract. I paid half down. I believe this company will bill me the other half without completing the job. This is a fairly small and quick repair. Maybe it's too small for the company to be bothered. But they charge a large amount. Why does a company ghost a customer? Dishonest and unwilling to conduct business with integrity.I would not recommend Allphase. They have not lived up to the name.

  ALLPHASE DID ABSOLUTELY NO WORK! CONNED MY WIFE INTO SIGNING SOMETHING SHE HAD NO IDEA WHAT SHE WAS SIGNING! ALSO THE SALESMAN WOULD NOT LISTEN TO ANYTHING I SAID! NO WORK WAS DONE AT ALL BY ALLPHASE ANOTHER COMPANY DID PERFECT WORK ON MY HOUSE! BUT THE CON ARTISTS AT ALLPHASE ARE STILL TRYING TO CHARGE ME MORE THAN WHAT THEY EVEN QUOTED!

  I will never use nor recommend Allphase to anyone.
  This is my experience.
  Forged my initials on the the Emergency Waiver Form.
  Made multiple requests for copies of the executed contract originally prepared by Jimmy at Allphase.
  After the work was completed Eric M. at Allphase emailed me the documents and called me to make sure I received them. I told him that my initials were forged on the Waiver form. I pointed out that is illegal. I pointed out that the description on the contract was blank. I stated in my opinion the little 2' by 2' repair took too long to complete. He said he would send Jimmy a message about it. In the past Jimmy has never returned any of my calls. I asked for his supervisors name to push this forgery and contract issue further up the chain of management. He gave me her name and I asked for her last name too. I asked if she had a last name when he didn't answer me. I never raised my voice, I was never rude nor did I take out my frustration out on him but I was firm about wanting answers. Andrew F gets on the line and he is literally screaming at me that I can't talk to his employee like that. I try to talk to him but he is screaming over me and not letting me talk. Then he screams "put your husband on the phone." Ladies take note of this. My husband tells him not to speak to me like that and Andrew is still screaming as my husband hung up on him.
  Andrew was abusive, hostile and demeaning and should not be interacting with the customers. Andrew F. has threatened customers by stating he records the calls if he doesn't like the review. I'm not concerned if it was recorded.

  AVOID! The recent one-star reviews for this place are extremely accurate. Communication is abysmal, and they are trying to get me to pay them AGAIN after my insurance has proof that they cashed the check for the exact amount they want me to pay them. The communication issues started the day I used them in June to fix a water leak from my HVAC. After two months of waiting, non-returned phone calls, and passive-aggressive attitudes, my home was finally repaired. I thought this nightmare was behind me, but I was just hit with two invoices for the services, both of which I or my insurance paid. I emailed, gave supporting evidence, called, and left messages, all to hear nothing in return. I am going to show up this week to get, in writing, that I owe them nothing because I trust this company as much as I trust a toddler. The services, whenever you get actual communication from them are acceptable (not exemplary, mind you), but you are better off going to literally anyone else if you value your time, sanity, and enjoy being respected like a paying customer. I hope they learn from this review, but odds are they will not. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
