5 starsEverything went really well. SRS came out to do the estimate as well as the insurance adjuster. They were able to show that the entire roof and siding needed replaced , then got right to work once the insurance gave the go ahead. They were ******************* and did amazing work. I would recommend SRS Construction to anyone in need of home remodeling. I had them remove 2 walls to open up the kitchen into the family room . One wall was load bearing and and they installed support beams in the attic. The crew was very professional and I am extremely happy with the final product .SRS Construction Services Inc.

Do Not Contact these people. Had them do two projects at my house and the work was shoddy at best. Never stayed within the estimated time to complete, I would not have minded the delayed timeline, if the work was satisfactory. Point in case, I had them do a complete remodel of our master bath. This was completed in July of 2022. Thought all was well until this week, our pipes froze in the shower. Our heating bills were about $200 more per month than regular, so I paid to have our furnace checked. It was working fine. So I crawled up in attic today, and to my surprise, they had not put ANY insulation above the finished bath - 10' x 40'....no insulation, none. I have pictures of the attic, and it is bare. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company.SRS Construction Services Inc.

****, I am sorry to hear about this unfortunate event . In the past you have been very happy with the quality of 3 projects we have completed for you . I spoke with the crew leader who worked on your bathroom project and he specifically remembers the insulation being placed above the bathroom. We feel possibly an open soffit has caused a draft/wind in the attic ,blowing the insulation off this area into other parts of the attic. That corner of the house faces the southwest which takes the most wind . After the project was completed a year and a half ago we had a complete winter and there were no problems . I would like the opportunity to send the crew back and inspect the attic and soffit and make any repairs / adjustments that may be required. Free of charge of course . I will reach out to you tomorrow and try to schedule. Thank you . *** **
