    I hired David B*********, owner of Faith's General Services on Sept. 10, 2023 to remodel 2 small bathrooms. He gave me an estimate for both jobs at $8200.00. A deposit of $2900.00 up front to start master bath. After ordering the vanity for m. bath that was agreed upon, there was an issue that it was a special order and would not be available for a few weeks. He stated he could start guest bath first but needed a 2nd payment of 2300.00 to buy materials for that bath, this was 3 days in.He quoted that with the total amount $5200.00 paid, all material would be paid for. The vanity that was ordered for guest bath was damaged upon arrival at the store, so a different one was agreed upon.(he neglected to check that this vanity came without the sink top) He found a sink top that fit and upon installing it, he dropped something heavy on it and cracked it. On to 3rd vanity! On 9/19, after tearing out old shower walls, the wall insulation needed replace and quoted he needed another $300. This was just the beginning of the nightmare. David is a wanna-be contractor were he is really only a terrible handyman. His work performance and job completion are to be desired. He neglected to install p-traps in the showers stating it wasn't needed.(that was because he had to cut the floor joist to install the drain and realized he would have to cut further for the traps) If an inspector would have inspected his plumbing& neglect, we would of had to relocate until the traps were installed. I had to hire a different outfit to complete his work on the shower drains. That cost an extra $400.00. He installed a shower surround backwards in one bath and a completely different one (not the one that came with the base) in the other bath. The shower/tub fixture doesn't work as it should. I have cracks in the walls that he had to replace. I have reached out to David and he agreed on paying me the extra 400. I gave him a month and still nothing. His new phone # ###-###-####. I'm asking for more now
