    Had them come out due to roof, cutter, basement railing damage from a fallen tree during storm. They said they'd have an estimate the following Monday however, several weeks later and not estimate, to phone replies to voicemails left and no replies to emails sent.

    In response to ********************** complaint we never had a signed contract with him. He needed some siding repaired. We have been waiting on a quote from our sub contractor. Before we could get back to him he filed a complaint. We had spoken with ********************** sererval times during this time

    In reply to their comment on my initial review: Correct we did not have a contract because ********** Restoration Services didn't respond to emails or voicemails. 100% of any communication that did happen was initiated by me. ********** was never forthcoming with any information ever. I had to hound to get a subcontractor come out to look at about 8' of gutter but had never received any information on repairing my roof or basement rail. Once they learned the tree was removed by me and this was not going to be an insurance claim they ghosted me!
