    I was told to move out for no reason and when I asked they told me the owner wants his property back and I just moved in here if I knew it was gonna happen I could’ve kept my money.

    *** ******** is on a month to month lease. The owner has given him a 30 notice to vacate. Ohio law indicates that like the tenant has the right to give a 30 day notice to move, the landlord also has the right to give notice of wanting the tenant to move within 30 days. There is no requirement that says we have to give any reason other than landlord wants the property vacated. Thank you. Shawnee Properties.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    Why am I beening targeted when I did anything wrong I have kids who come here and Spend time with there father I work a lot I’m barley even here I come home to a notice saying I have to leave I don’t bother no one here when I’m at home I’m always working I pay my bills a few days in full before they are due I would love to keep my apartment I love been here I just moved here a few months prior and I really don’t like the fact I have to leave and another thing is the property managers are saying I didn’t do anything wrong but when I asked them they said it’s because I’m on month to month I’m pretty sure it’s more people here on month to month why ain’t they getting out then I asked for something different she replied that “ You are not allowed to go to any other Shawnee properties” as in if I did something wrong I’m highly upset and wanna take this to court.
