    Details:
    - MAIN ISSUE: Security deposit has not been sent to my new address after more than 1 month after I have moved out of previous residence.
    - Previous Residence - **** ********** **** ***** ** ***** - rented from ***** ****** but rent checks written to be paid to "Main Street Homes"
    - Sent 1 month notice of moving out on March 30th, 2024 with intent to move out before July 1st, 2024 - MAILED the letter with the RENT CHECK that was DEPOSITED on JUNE 12, 2024 and shows up on my bank account as June 13th, 2024.
    - Requested in the letter for them to contact us prior to the move out date to set up a walk through or review as per their contract at signing the lease but nobody contacted me or my wife within that time. (phone, email and available dates provided within the letter)
    - Sent a follow up letter in the mail notifying them of my new address in Florida at the end of June
    - We have moved to Florida since the end of June and as of today August 19th, 2024 I have not heard anything from them regarding the matter.

    I moved out on 6/30/2023. I sent a written notice dated 5/20/2023 informing ***** of my plan to move out, more than the 30 days notice required by the lease. In this letter, I requested a move-out inspection on 6/30/2023 and provided my forwarding address for the security deposit to be returned to within 30 days as required by Ohio law. ***** never reached out to me once after this time, not to schedule a move-out inspection or discuss any matters.
    This is now 36 days past the end of my lease, and I have still not heard from ***** nor has she returned my security deposit or provided me with any receipt of deductions for why she has not returned my full security deposit.
