      had vehicles transmission replaced twice in 12 months vehicle still having problems and they wont look into issues poor service no calls updating on any work being done

      Good Afternoon ********, 

       

      We apologize for the inconveniences that Mr. ****** has experienced with the 2013 Nissan Pathfinder.  In February 2021, when the vehicle had approximately 97k miles, Reineke Nissan replaced the transmission, with cost covered by his extended warranty.  In October 2022, with approximately 122k miles, the Pathfinder returned with concerns regarding the transmission shifting, and the transmission was again replaced under extended warranty coverage.  Mr. ***** returned in November of 2022 with the vehicle check engine light on and the vehicle displaying symptoms of a lack of power.   After diagnosis, Reineke Nissan placed an order for parts which are believed will remedy the lack of power concern.  Unfortunately, those parts are currently not available due to a back-order from Nissan.   Nissan has most recently indicated an anticipated ship-date of later in December, and at which time those parts are received, they can be installed, and a remedy of the concern can be verified.  

      We look forward to receiving the parts on order for the Pathfinder and installing them to verify a remedy to the check engine light concern.
