  5 Stars for K&M Contracting! The crew removed our siding and gutters. Siding was then replaced just as we wanted, with the 2 colors. Gutters, downspouts and leaf guard were also put on. The crew was efficient and hard workers. They cleaned up. We would recommend K&M Contracting!

  K&M Contracting has completed both a total replacement of our front porch and completely redoing a leaking flat roof. Even before the work was started the communication was excellent. I knew what work was going to be completed, the cost, and when it was to be completed. Any questions I had were answered promptly, professionally, and clearly.When it came time for the work to be accomplished, the crew was beyond professional. They took time to make sure I understood what was being done and they kept me informed along the way. The work turned out excellent and it gives our house a new look while also keeping the aesthetics of a 100 year old house. We expect to use K&M again for future work. They are a company that is reliable and professional from the top to bottom.

  Excellent workmanship on a complete porch rebuild (footer to roof). The team was very accommodating with respect to schedules, deadlines and requests. I would not hesitate using K and M for any of my projects!

  K and M Contracting was super professional and helpful when it came to getting my freshwater line ran. The crew was friendly and very kind to my animals in my home. They are clean and thorough They were in and out with no issue. I highly recommend with any project you need done! 5/5 stars guys!!

  K&M Contracting is a company whom you can trust. They are very dependable and hard working. Our older home was in dire need of repairs and updating. The company completed for **; two bathrooms, the entire kitchen, laundry room and hallway (5 areas of our home) we entrusted to K&M Contracting, We feel like we are living in a new home. "All homes have potential" and we know first-hand that this is true. Over the summer, we had K&M do outside work also, with new sidewalks, a brick wall near driveway, and a porch makeover. They are so skillful and we are very proud of the hardworking crew and so thankful to have worked with them. We highly recommend them. Thank you K&M Contracting!

  I have worked with previous contractors, but this company sets the bar! They communicate with you and keep you updated the whole process. I was amazed how quickly they finished! Thank you for helping my dream come true for my dining room!

  Great company with quick, quality service! We called them about a deck around our pool, and they worked quickly to measure and give us an estimate. They communicated well and were willing to revise the deck plans multiple times until we were satisfied. They were then extremely quick at getting out to begin the deck and had it done in less than a week. I was impressed with their design, crew, and carpentry.

  Not only did they do a phenomenal job, but the customer service was excellent from the very beginning! They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job communicating. I will recommend KM Contracting over and over again. Keep up the good work, guys!
