    Received a contract on 5-25-2023 to demo existing wires and devices, run new romex for all circuits, terminate all new devices, 200 amp meter/ disconnect/mast and 200 amp main breaker panel with breakers and all outlet and switches needed for $5875.00. To get started wrote a $2000.00 when we met on May 31st. He let me know he would not be able to get it all done before he goes on vacation but would finish the 4 week of June. June 5th sent a text should be done with the upstairs today, (was not completed). Only a few wires ran. He let me know AEP was scheduled for June 7th, did not happen. He asked for another $1200.00 he said for more materials. I sent a text on Sunday 17th asked how the disconnect went, he said "vacation this week will get back to business on the 24th. On Monday June 26th I text to ask what is going on he said he would gladly drop off a disconnect and meter base for me, but he was done. I asked if he was keeping my $3200.00, since he really didn't do anything, He said "Absolutely Will have them dropped off" meaning the materials (no materials dropped off). I also wrote a check for $750.00 under his LLC to be the project manager for my other house with his brother. *** decided he did not want to help with the other house before he went on vacation. I am requesting a full refund since there was very little work done and it's ran incorrectly. No materials received. Thank you.

    I left all material with her. I ran the majority of upstairs and some of the downstairs. I will not be returning.
