      I hired the Basement Doctor last spring to fix water issues in my basement. In May 2024 they came in and put in new basement windows, drainage system along two walls, and new sump pump system. They guaranteed their work. In March 2025 I had a spot where water was coming in. I contacted them and theyre very eager to come out until they realized it was to fix one of their problems. I have been going back-and-forth with them on the phone and started detailingmy calls on April 3. Twice somebody was scheduled to come out here to see what was going on and twice nobody came. Somebody was to be here on April 28 at 3 PM and nobody showed up. I called and they scheduled somebody to come out on May 1 at 4 PM and once again nobody came. I am simply wanting somebody from the company to come out and look at the area to fix the problem. I spent $14,000 for this to be fixed and they are not following through on their end. When I call in, they continue to give me the runaround and this has been going on for a month now.

      I do apologize for the mix up and the no shows. We have recently switched software systems company wide and due to this transition, a lot of data unfortunately didn't transfer over. Additionally, we had some issues with permissions for our technicians to be able to see their schedules. We have since gotten a lot of these bugs worked out and have reached out to the homeowner and gotten her rescheduled.
