Their owner was immediately very rude on the phone when I was incredibly nice and was simply trying to gather information (that I already knew about). Almost like they knew why I was calling and who I was. ***** (owner) is who I spoke to, and ******* (co-owner) is who was supposed to groom my dog a year ago. It has recently come to my attention that that is not who was actually grooming my dog, she groomed him the first time and then none of the other times. ***** acted that because the groom was "satisfactory" that nothing else mattered when in reality, this was incredibly unprofessional and concerning. A video was leaked from inside of their business of ******* blatantly ABUSING a dog she was grooming. Other forms of neglect were also found in such facility. ***** complained that they were understaffed and was very snappy, when no wonder they're understaffed. To my knowledge, they lost a good number of staff because of this mistreatment. Would never recommend.

We have took our dog there for quite sometime Picked him up one day and they had him shaved. Was not happy and they said it would not happen again. Now we added another dog to our family. Golden Doodle She has been going there since a puppy. Picked her up and her legs were completely shaved and other areas of her were shaved when we started checking her out. Owner apparently did them both instead of our usual groomer. She claimed she was all knotted so she just shaved her wherever she wanted too Our poor girl looks like shes got ***** issues. Our cocker spaniels back is shaved down to the skin in different spots and he had very short hair on his back. He definitely wasnt knotted After talking to others they have shaved their dogs also. I guess it makes her job easier But took her from 7:15 am till 5pm for both. I dont even want to give this lady a one star! Never again will she see our dogs. Sad thing she felt this was ok. Thats terrible business. I give her a minus 0 star!!
