  If I could give a zero star review I would. Today my daughter was supposed to get a knee brace at this ******* My son who is disabled had a blue glove from another doctor's ******* He was playing with it in the lobby. He took it back to the room. Dr. ****************** the owner came into the room and says "who's getting the knee brace?" I said she is, pointing at my daughter. At this time my son is sitting in the first room in front of the mirror being good. Tossing this blue glove that is blown with air. **** comes in the room and scoops it up away from my kid and scolds him that those are not toys. I said, "excuse me!" He says those are not toys, I said this glove did not come from your ******* I told him that nothing had been touched in his office while we have been waiting!He then looks at me and says "Oh!". He proceeds to take measurement of my daughter's leg and leaves the room. He comes back in the room, and I told him that I thought he owed my child an apology. He turned his head and looked at me and didn't say anything. I looked again at him and I said I think you owe my child an apology. He then yelled at me and told me that he didn't owe my son anything. This conversation took place while he was putting on the knee brace slipping it over blue jeans on my daughter. He then rips the knee brace off of my daughter very forcefully (he stated she thought she was going to fly off the chair.) He then proceeds to tell us that we can go somewhere else for services, and storms out of the room like a little child. He then yells at his receptionist, workers and screams "Deny them!!!". I walked to the receptionist and told her that he was denying us services and she said there was nothing that she could do. She even tried to explain that the hand glove balloon was brought in by my child. He didn't care! All because I told him he owed my disabled child who was being well mannered an apology! I don't recommend you use this place at all! Very poor service from the owner!

  Not at all what happened, this patient walked into our office without an appointment, and we were able to squeeze her daughter in to be fit with a knee brace. I went into the fitting room and asked who was to receive the brace. I then proceeded to measure the patient's leg. I did ask about a glove her other child was playing with next to a stand-up mirror in the fitting room, that could have potentially fallen on the child since he was right next to the mirror, and tried to explain to the mother that was not a play toy. She immediately stated I owed her son an apology and I told her I did not, and I slid the brace back off her daughter's left leg carefully mind you. Her mother obviously wanted a confrontation, but I did not give her one. I then told the mother that she should go elsewhere to have her daughter fitted for the brace. I also told my staff politely to void the paperwork and to give the RX back to the patient. There was no yelling or screaming involved. The only malice was from the mother.
