      I pay 800 a month for rent for maintenance and everything I been having fridge issues since September 15 2023 still hasn’t fixed, it get told someone’s gonna be calling and hasn’t. The fridge has been leaking water inside and this week it got outside of the fridge.

      We want to apologize for the inconvenience you had
      with your refrigerator being excessively damp inside. We were first notified of this
      problem on December 4th and started the work order process. As this was
      a low level repair a standard 48 hour response and plan turnaround was met. As
      we had discussed several times over the phone, we contract with local repair
      professionals to diagnose and fix all appliances that come with our properties that we
      own or properties that we manage for other owners.

      Your contact information had been shared with a local technician
      prior to you reaching out to the BBB, but we understand your desire to have
      your appliances in great working order as quickly as possible. We had followed
      up with the local technician to ensure that your refrigerator moisture issue
      was addressed in a timely manner. You proceeded to use abusive language to the call center staff and blaming them for not communicating. We
      called you and let you know that that was not acceptable behavior and a day
      later we received notice of the BBB complaint. Similar to what we discussed over
      the phone, we show no record of any maintenance requests related to appliances
      at your residence. As soon as we were made aware of the issue, we contacted a
      local repair company to address the issue.  We replaced your fridge on 12/15/23.

       As the maintenance team contracted
      by the Hartsock Realty Management Company who manages for our owners, we are
      perplexed by your inability to work with us in getting this fixed, but
      understand your expectation may never be in line with actual timelines for
      repair.

      We have a process to reporting maintenance request, those being you can either call the phone number we had provided you at the time of your lease signing or you have the option to use the resident portal and use the maintenance request tab to report all service and or maintenance request.  

      We pride
      ourselves in timely maintenance and repairs and continue to do so for our tenants.
