    TLDR: I'm 100% satisfied. STRONGLY recommend. To be clear, I WILL be hiring again for future projects later this year and again in the spring. Materials used were top notch (including premium shingles they had my wife pick out via samples). Exactly the quality of work I expect for the price (which was more than reasonable) and the team was all LOCAL & experienced.
    Prior to start, they took the time to come out multiple times, answered questions via email/text quickly on what I wanted done and made sure I understood the costs, quality of work to expect, and made sure every detail of what I wanted done was understood.
    New roof installed, flashed areas not properly done when the home was built, old ducts removed from the roof, and covered "patio" properly roofed and expanded 10 feet in each direction, and oversized (6") seamless gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards. Showed up on-time, every member of the team was LOCAL, friendly, respectful, professional, and treated my property like theirs. Large two-story, so a lot of roof.
    Took 3 days and was complete before an avg thunderstorm came in after the final night. Roof looked & gutters worked perfectly. The expanded patio area came out better than I expected.
    I made a couple of minor changes as I started seeing what they were doing (required maybe an extra hour of work, but no additional mats) and all was completed exactly as I asked or better. The subcontractor they brought out to do the gutters did a flawless job as well.
    When all was said and done, although they'd been going around daily to clear up any small stuff that might be laying around (including a metal magnet to make sure there were no stray nails that might snag a mower or car tire down the line), they did it all again as they finished. I actually bribed/challenged one of my kids a quarter per nail or screw to try and find anything they missed. After 30 mins, they found nothing. Still took them for ice cream since they tried, hah!
