    I am on a transportation program to help me get to and from work for 90 days. Every week the dispatch receptionist is continuously disrespectful, the manger is aware of *****'s unprofessional disrespectful lack of customer service and has done nothing about it. ***** has advised me they will not be hauling me anymore due to me standing up for myself when ***** becomes disrespectful in the AM. I just moved to **** OH unfortunately I have noticed there is only one cab company available in ****. *********** is present to book a ride on the app but declines the request due to no drivers in the area. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am able to get to & from work and continue my program

    In response to the complaint issued against Black & White ******* in ****, ****, the complainant stated that our dispatcher was continuously disrespectful and that management was aware and did nothing.

     

    Management sits in the ************* and is able to listen into calls as they flow in. Management has been speaking with the rider, but has not been able to satisfy the rider.

     

    Black & White has a "Transportation Contract" with a "Community Transportation Program" provider, for qualified individuals who receive rides for work and other necessary transportation needs.

     

    In the contract, it defines a period of time when the rider must be ready to load into the cab. We call it the "Pickup Window".

     

    The Pickup Window is a large enough time slot, to allow for the rider to arrive to their destination prior to the appointment time.

     

    The rider has repeatedly refused to load in the "early portion" of the pickup window.

     

    Upper management, multiple drivers and even the transportation underwriter, has spoken to her, but the rider continues to refuse to load when the cab arrives.

     

    Talking with the underwriter, it was decided that they would arrange for another mode of transportation for their client.

     

    It should be noted: If they don't ride, we don't get paid.
