    I am writing to bring to your attention the significant issues I have encountered with the transportation of my vehicle by Lima Lease Inc. I am seeking fair compensation for the damages sustained by my vehicle during transit and the prolonged delay in delivery, as per previous conversations with the owner regarding reimbursement for damages.

    I initially selected Lima Lease Inc. based on their commitment to a next-day delivery of my vehicle. However, the delivery was significantly delayed and did not occur until eight days later, contrary to the original promise. As a result, I experienced considerable inconvenience and had to secure a rental vehicle during the additional days, incurring unexpected out-of-pocket expenses.

    Furthermore, I discovered multiple damages to my vehicle, totaling over $5000, as instructed by the owner, ***, to obtain an estimate for the damages.

    When I forwarded the estimate to ***, he assured me that a broker would contact me regarding the damages. However, despite my efforts to reach out to the third-party dispatch and submit a damage claim through the claims department, I have not received any response or assistance in this matter.

    Given the circumstances, I am seeking fair compensation to cover the costs of repairing the damages sustained by my vehicle during transit, as previously discussed with the owner. I believe that it is only fair that Lima Lease Inc. honors their commitment to reimburse me for the damages caused by their driver during the transportation of my vehicle.

    Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. I hope for a swift and amicable resolution to the issues I have encountered.

    The bumper got a scratch I told her to take it to get an estimate. When the body shop did the estimate they did it on the entire vehicle with every scratch. We offered her $850 for the 1 scratch that was on the bumper and she became upset and declined.

    I am rejecting this response because: I had not received an offer to repair the damages to my vehicle. ***, the owner, instructed me to obtain a quote, which I promptly did from Caliber Collision Center. I have text messages from *** acknowledging the quote and inquiring about the next steps. Subsequently, *** mentioned that his broker would contact me, but I never received any communication from the broker. Despite reaching out to *** multiple times via calls, voicemails, and text messages, I did not receive any responses. *** is not being fully truthful regarding the extent of the damages sustained during transit. The photos taken by his driver at the time of pick-up and drop-off clearly demonstrate that all damages, amounting to over $5,000 as estimated by the auto body shop, occurred during the transit process.
