    Service is lousy, internet keeps going down and they never keep us informed.

    I had RAA data services for a long time. I started having issue's about 4 years ago, my internet would come and go all day every day, you would be in the middle of something and it would shut down and after several minutes to a couple days, it would come back on, I called and left messages, asking for a service rep and nobody would help, or they would promise to come, then not show up. I finally had enough in June of 2022 and started inquiring service from another provider, once I found one and had a apt set up, I wrote RAA a message on June 12 th, 2022 and told them I had given them enough chances and was leaving, it wasn't 5 minutes and what lousy service I did have was shut down, they act like they was coming out to fix it and I knew they had shut it off at the office and wasn't coming. They are also a ACPBENEFIT provider, all these years I could have been saving, as I am a cancer patient and low income, RAA didn't even let me know such a thing existed and it cost me thousands I could have saved. After all I have put up with from them, now yesterday they send me a **** for **** June and July, I paid May and was shut down on the 12th of June after telling them I was leaving, I know what they are gonna do now, they billed me for what I have already paid and when I don't pay, they will turn me into collections, this isn't right, I have been a loyal customer and I paid my **** on time every month, even with no internet or it shutting down constantly, never a price break for the inconvenience, but I'm not paying this one, I have proof I paid May and then they shut me off early June, I refuse to give them one more dime, BEWARE, DO NOT USE RAA DATA SERVICES>
