    My envelope full of important papers was picked up by DHL at Parcel Plus Business Center in Alpharetta, GA last Monday January 29th 2024. The envelope was to arrive in Lima, Peru Wednesday January 31st 2024. That is what I was told when I sent it. The envelope did not arrive Wednesday and no one from DHL had contacted me. Using my tracking number, I found out that the envelope had gone to Cincinatti, Ohio Monday, and had left Miami’s airport Thursday February 1st 2024.
    I checked again Friday (this morning) using my tracking number and I found out that my envelope had been mistakenly sent to Chile instead of Peru! I called and spoke to customer service a couple times and I was finally able to speak to a supervisor. She apologized for sending it to the wrong country and explained that customs had to check the envelope, and that is why it had not left Miami until Thursday February 1st (Yesterday)
    I was charged almost 150 dollars for this terrible service. I hope DHL delivers my envelope at the right address in Lima ASAP and I also hope to be reimbursed for the trouble and stressful situation they have caused to my family and I.

    Ordered item for my wedding. These people at DHL are completely incompetent, rude, and intentionally misleading in the information they provided. Package has been circling their facilities for 3 weeks. Despite every effort on my part, they can not follow simple directions to get an item from point A to point B. Example: asked item to be shipped from Orlando or Jacksonville; they send it to Cincinnati. Glad to hear this company is going bankrupt… one less useless company. Hope someone calls and compensates for this failure but I doubt anything will happen.

    I continue to receive emails from random merchants all with the same tag line at bottom referencing promotions I’ve won, prizes I’ve won, and random links with junk. * Attached is example of email received. I have submitted multiple requests to remove me from their mailing list with no success. I get 10-20 emails each day from them. I send them all to jun. Further there is no contact info to engage with them directly to fix the issue and unsubscribe. Their “unsubscribe” button is not a real link.

    Borderlinx has been sending me an incredible amount of email spam for the last several months. I have unsubscribed, but to no avail. One of the links on the email to unsubscribe does not work. They are sending these emails on behalf of other companies, some, are completely vulgar. I have not signed up for any of this, and only want them to stop.
    I was able to find their address and phone number from others with the same complaint. The address on the email is actually to a company called DHL.
