    I bought a a home about a year ago beautiful yard great flower beds actually that's what sold us on the house.problem was a pipe was broken in the yard the property fixed pipe left open 4 foot holes all winter came out said to finish the yard and filled holes uneven put down straw and left now won't answer calls I pay them ******* a month in lot rent for them to do this kind of work . this shouldn't be my dime to replace the flower beds and seed yard .

    Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We recognize how important a well-maintained yard is to a homeowner and appreciate the opportunity to address Ms. ******* concerns.

    Following the completion of underground pipe repairs, our Community Manager and a contractor met with Ms. ******* husband around April 4th to establish a plan to restore their landscaping. This included grading the yard, installing grass seed and straw, and replacing the displaced landscaping rock. The yard was graded and seeded on April 7th, and grass is beginning to grow.

    The Community Manager spoke directly with Ms. ****** on April 23rd to provide an update on the completed work and confirm the plan for replacement rock. A follow-up reminder was provided on April 28th, advising that the landscaping rock would be ready around the 8th of May, barring any unforeseen delays. The original landscaping timbers that were removed during the excavation remain available on-site for reuse.

    We are confident that our actions align with the agreed-upon restoration plan and demonstrate our ongoing commitment to maintaining the quality and appearance of the community.
