    I am rejecting this response because: the business has yet to even reach out and try to resolve the problem. Therefore I do not feel that is is fair to accept the response. Please contact with a reasonable time line on when the job will be complete or process a refund.

    As a first BBB complaint, this response is a hard one to come to.  First, we do apologize for the delays and issues that have arisen throughout this transaction. Secondly, we do understand that although this was a transaction amongst family friends, there is still a business aspect that is expected. 

    At this time we are willing to work towards a common goal to get said projects completed, however are extremely timid to make a move on this situation as things take time and other threats are being made publicly to seek legal actions. 

    We as a business do have a lengthy waiting list, and as some of our products such as a dining table and bench being hand built from scratch, even down to the minute detail of cutting the tree down for the lumber, does take an immense amount of time. This being said, we could have done a much better job of communicating that a custom project was potentially not the right route for our client in this case. 

    We seek a solution at this time, but will need patience and feasible understanding and correspondences.
