      I canceled my grandmothers newspaper subscription in November. I was told I will receive a refund from the credit that was on her account of $189.81. We received a check of $23.35. I have called regarding issue on 4/14/2025. Left messages for two people. Left a contact us message on *** website for a call back. Received a call back on 4/18/2025 but unable to answer. I called back and sent another email and haven't heard back. I called the local number again on 4/17 with two people and have not heard back. We have had issues with this paper since 2023. I have documentation of every time I have called, spoke with and how long I was hold for this newspaper. The newspaper ******* subscriptions without notice and you have to call to restart, but no explanation of why. In December of 2023 my 94 year grandmother purchased a subscription for a family member in *******. He received 3 papers the entire year. I called to cancel the subscription and get a credit on her account. That did occur, but then there was issues with my grandmother receiving her paper. Had to call again to get it restarted. I would like to assistance getting a call back to resolve the refund issue and now ask for the entire credit refunded of $210.00. Unfortunately, my grandmother passed away in November of 2024. Her and her husband have been long time subscribers of the two of the local papers. That is what she looked forward to the most after my grandfather passed away, her newspaper and her cup of coffee and it has been such a struggle to keep that going for her. Please let me know if you can help. It has now been 7 days and I have not heard back from the local people and the publishing company that overs sees the papers.
