      We ordered 22 yards of concrete from selected business. Company advised they could haul the concrete in two loads. The first driver was to arrive at 7:30am. The company called around 8:00am and advised the driver could not locate the address. Driver arrived at 8:15 causing a 45 minute delay second truck showed up 23 minutes after the first truck. Second truck driver talked to first driver while we unloaded the first truck. Once first truck was done unloading driver of the second truck advised the concrete was getting hard and needed taken off the truck as soon as possible. We moved approximately a yard of concrete and then were told he had to add a gallon of substance and get the concrete off the truck. He then shot the rest into the building at which point you could hardly move with a skid loader as it was already setting up. We salvaged approximately 2 yards at the end because the driver added water to it and dumped it in the driveway. We were able to bucket with skid loader to patio area and finish the patio. We lost 8 yards of concrete for reasons that are clearly displayed. Driver missed address and was 45 minutes later than original arrival time. Second driver did not watch the load while first truck was unloading causing the load to set up quicker which in turn ruined the majority of our load. When situation explained to New Lexington dispatcher he made comments about hauling to much concrete and couldn’t keep it wet. Spoke to Logan office and explained situation, I was told they didn’t have full story as it sounded like the New Lexington dispatcher made comments about we asked for truck 30 minutes apart. When in fact when I explained what we were doing we went off recommendation of the dispatcher which was hour and a half. We were told by the second driver this happens all the time. I was also told by the Logan office that they understand my frustration and I needed to speak with **** ******. My phone number has been left 3 times with no return phone call.

      8.2.2024 Business responded to the complaint via phone. **** ****** stated that normal time to unload a truck is 30 minutes. Consumers took 1 1/2 hours before consumers touched the second truck. Consumers took too long to unload first truck.

      Hocking Valley Concrete was at my residence 8/30/22. Their concrete truck backed into my detached garage and damaged the siding. I have spoken to employees there three times regarding this. Every time I have been advised that someone would call me back regarding this issue but no one has ever called me back as promised. I was also advised to send pictures via email, which I did. They have not responded to multiple emails either.
