Warning OUTRAGEOUS BILL!!! ABSOLUTELY EXPLOITATION!!!A $550 BILL for a $50 PART and 20 MINUTE service call!CALLED for the 1st time for service, the RECEPTIONIST never mentioned a SERVICE FEE OF $200+! AFTER *****, THEIR TECH (very good) QUOTED $550 to replace a $50 PART, I called for management! ?? NO ONE WOULD TAKE MY CALL and NO CALL WAS EVER RETURNED, I TRIED TWICE in 20 minutes! Beware!!! Don't get suckered or scammed like we did!

Wed like to clarify that our pricing is based not just on the cost of parts, but on the expertise and professionalism of our certified technicians, who are trained to provide safe, reliable, and efficient service. The $550 total you were quoted includes the service call fee, diagnostic assessment, labor, and warranty on the work performednot just the part itself.
Regarding the service fee: we strive to be transparent and apologize if there was any miscommunication during the scheduling process. Our team should have made that clearer up front, and were looking into how we can improve this going forward.
We also regret that you were unable to reach a manager at the time of your call they were not immediately available. Thats not the level of responsiveness we aim to deliver, and were taking your comments seriously to ensure better follow-up in the future.

In addition to some indoor plumbing issues, we had to replace our main water line in our yard. It was a big job! R&T Yoder did a great job! Everyone was polite, capable, and professional. We definitely appreciated **** and his hard work diagnosing our plumbing issues and making sure we knew what needed to be done each step along the way. I am very happy with R&T Yoder; it was hard for me to trust another contractor after the last contractor who had done work on my clogged kitchen sink. The other contractor damaged additional appliances which will cost me additional money to fix. However, I had contacted Yoder to come out and work on my electrical and install a level 2 EV box in my garage. **** came out prepared with his outlet tester and checked the outlets that I thought were not working however his tester showed "green", I just needed to reset the outlets. Smack my head. However, I contacted another BBB Electrician to come out and give me a quote, he had no tester, I would not have known that those outlets were still in working condition until he would have performed the unnecessary repairs. The small downside to Yoder is that the customer will need to remove the trash, but it was good because I was able to recycle 90% of the trash. I will be making an appointment with Yoder to see if there is anything that can be done about the mess that the plumbers made from the other contractor that I had mentioned in the beginning. **** said to call Yoder and have the plumbing division come out and they will fix my water pressure in my sink.R&T Yoder Electric, Inc.

This experience was great from the start. The operator was kind and helpful in scheduling. ***** came out to give an estimate. He was knowledgeable, gave us options and knew what it was we wanted. We had our florescent lights replaced with LED light in our pole building. The guys who came out arrived on time, worked hard through the day and were knowledgeable and efficient. They answered all our questions and were very professional. We also had our furnace maintenance done with the same good result. It is nice to have people do what they say they are going to do and exceed expectations. We feel we have found a company that will help us with our electric and HVAC needs.R&T Yoder Electric, Inc.
