    Green Meadows office manager is rude, un-ethical, and a full dictator. She refuses to give out any contact information to corporate or another employee other than herself to reach out to.

    Yesterday 9/29/22, (and other attempts), I reached out to Mariella "Maria" to ask for corporates number. She 100% refuses to give it to me. I asked for any other employee contact other than herself within the company and she said "Amber, all the police that have been called out to your home I could have you evicted."

    Side note: police were called due to a mentality disabled person missing/ran off, and also my 16 year old thought she lost her little sister. I called them also when a tire was stolen off my truck, and other truck issues within the past year.

    She is unprofessional, office hours are not honored and she hangs up on me when I try to get resolutions.

    During this call yesterday morning, before she hung up on me, and I called the office business number right back (called only twice bc she hung up on me the first time), she said "if I keep calling she is going to file harassment on me."

    I need corporates number and that was my only reason, at this time, reaching out to the office manager.

    There are no check and balances and she has been free to run a whole community as a dictator. Many of us live in fear about who she is going to target next.

    After reviewing the complaint, and the call the resident made at that time we do have business hrs and she complained that I should answer to her calls at 6 am when I received that i said i would not stay on the phone with her due to her being very rude and I said the only reason I had answered before office was opened was because of  so many attempts I thought it could be an emergency. This resident has come to me in the past all the information has been given to her the online portal has also been provide to her. That is another way of her communicating to us. This is how all residents have access to their accounts as of last year. As for the conversation of the police visits it was discussed due to the residents' concerns of their surroundings. I have included corporates number if she has any other questions, please let me know. 214-596-0327
