      On Weds, 3-19-25 I bought a new 2024 Chevrolet Silverado from Coughlin Auto. The salesman that showed me the truck explained and demonstrated all of the options and packages that is on the truck listed on the window sticker and. The salesman went into detail about the Adaptive cruise, Following gap control and the seat alert. So I would know exactly what I was buying. During the test drive I was not aware that the truck was on what they call a demo mode that had to be removed Before I drove it home on Sat. On Mon 3-24-25 I called the salesman and advised him I was unable to get some of the options to work. The salesman stated that it must be a operator error and he would work we me to get everything working. On Weds. 3-26-25 the salesman advised me that the adaptive cruise control and the following gap was not on my truck and on Fri. 3-28-25 he told me the alert seat was not on my truck. All 3 of these Safety options I was told was on the truck if I had any question about these safety items not being on the truck I would not have bought it. The only thing the Salesman said was I am sorry, and the Sales manager did was offer a 15% off coupon for an after market accessory.

      I am rejecting this response because: I did not accept any discount on anything I told them to give me my bill and I will pay it!  I told the salesman that the 15% coupon was an insult for what is going to cost be probably over $5000.00. I told them more than once I did not want there insult, I just wanted to get out of there. after looking at the bill I was once again tricked into something I did not agree to.
