    Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. You can’t even talk to them because they talk over you. We recently switched and are SWIFTLY changing back to ******. They say 8 bags a week and 1 bulk pick up month. We were out of town at a funeral one week and on vacation a week so no trash was put out those weeks. So the week after, one week we had 11, they didn’t pick up half of it.
    We have not used a bulk pick up this month, but had an event so we had so we had a total of 10 bags..they picked up 3 bags! I called and told them. When I realized they actually only took 3, I called back and told them they needed to come get the rest.
    When she called back, she smarted off to my husband and as he was trying to speak (AS THE CUSTOMER), she was speaking over him. When drivers would come to get trash, if there WAS a bulk pick up item, they were just running their mouth and complaining about it. My husband was on the porch once and we also have outside cameras.
    Customers are how a company stays in business, how a business treats customers is how they retain them. We canceled the service and EXPECT a refund of what we have already paid or a complaint will be filed with consumer services at the Ohio Attorney General’s office.

    EDITED TO ADD: they are also extremely unprofessional, they canceled our service and left my husband a rude aggressive voicemail referring to our Facebook review.
    Had issues multiple times with them not picking up our trash. This time it was due to nonpayment because we forgot to update our account when we got a new card, called all day the day before and nobody ever answered. Finally got ahold of them the day that the trash runs at 9 am, trash didn’t run until after 2 pm and they still didn’t pick it up. Called and they said they couldn’t until next week. I already prepaid for April but we will be switching back to Rumpke. I like supporting smaller businesses but this is not one that I can recommend.
