We work to make sure our customers are satisfied with project deliverables to the fullest extent possible.
We do not solicit research respondents directly on our own. People who take our surveys through a third party research panel will be paid for their participation through their platforms. People who take our surveys using a customer's list, such as buyers or loyalty program members of a company, will be paid at the completion of the survey for all respondents, and it takes a few weeks to process. If you completed a survey and have not received payment, you may feel free to contact us and we can check to confirm your participation and make sure you get paid.
