Very disappointing experience with this company and it's (lack of) service. I waited over three+ months after I signed the contract and paid my deposit for any activity. When they did show up, I was told that they needed different equipment. When that equipment was available, i was told still different equipment was needed and that the contracted price was going to increase. When i pushed back on price increase, the company went silent on me and it took weeks to get my deposit back. I had another painter do it in about 10 days and am happy with the other painter. I won't waste my time and energy on Five Star Painting again.

Thanks for your feedback Keith. Unfortunately in this case the job was misquoted and we determined that we could not perform the job safely as quoted. Delays in getting the required 60 foot oversized ladder led to a long lead time. We made our best efforts to part ways professionally and gave you the paint we purchased free of charge along with the full refund of deposit.Review fromJoe G

I am totally frustrated with this company. They were great to work with until we gave them the down payment. Now it is impossible to communicate with them. Phone calls , emails, and text messages get no response. I would never have done business with them had I known communication was going to be a problem.Five Star Painting of Cincinnati

Thanks for your feedback Mr *************** Sounds like your sales rep missed a few calls from you while he was out sick and there was some delay getting back. When our scheduling team reached out they got what appeared to be a landline several times and were unable to connect or leave a message. We had you scheduled for your requested timeframe but seems best that we part ways. We refunded your deposit and mailed. Please reach out to me directly should you have any additional concerns.

I am very happy with the work Five Star did for me last week. They painted my dining room, hall, guest bath and master bath walls and ceilings. They also painted my kitchen ceiling only. The three men who worked in my house were very neat, organized and friendly. They were here the minute they said they would be and had everything covered, floors, furniture, cupboards, etc, in no time. There was no down time except for a short lunch. They each knew their job and did it well. I will have them back again with no hesitation. I have already recommended them to a friend and will continue to do so.Five Star Painting of Cincinnati
