    I would not recommend Pet Nation Lodge to anyone. We boarded our dog for the first time and were very unhappy with their service. A few days into our trip we asked for an update on how she was doing. I sent emails and called multiple times and we did not get a response for 2 days. The update we finally got was 2 short sentences long. They claim their phones and email were down. When we picked her up I expressed my concern about a lack of ability to communicate for 2 days and the staff was rude, defensive and gave a weak apology laden with excuses. I will not be treated like that again and no once else deserves that either. My dog also smelled SO bad despite having apparently been bathed before pickup.
