    We hired Tri-State Exteriors to put in a tanzanite deck in August of 2023. Jeff C******* the contractor said material would come from Canada and project would start early October 2023. There were numerous excuses as to delays and project started in May 2024. Since then there have been weeks without work. He ripped out access steps to our backyard and we could not get outside for weeks. His crew dug up our invisable fence as well. His equipment was left in our yard for months and the building materials in our driveway. Some are still there. Deck is completed but the work is far from acceptable. Boards are uneven, stone is chipping in areas and the top of flower boxes were cut uneven and a brown cauik was put over and looks horrible. It has been three weeks since Mr. C******* said he was coming back. Again waiting on material or crew. He asked my husband to pay in July because he could not pay his workers. My husband did. Mr. C******* ended up doing the job by himself and it is far from quality. We have paid him over 20,000.00 dollars for a deck that is not accesible and in places not safe. He has had excuse after excuse

    This project has taken much longer than anticipated and is a new product to the area. Several adjustments have been made throughout installation in order to meet our client’s expectations and maintain a high quality, long lasting product for our client. Although we may not have been able to act as quickly as we would have liked, we have maintained our commitment to providing our client with the best possible solution and continue to communicate with our client as we finish their project. Tri-State Exteriors has a strong history of customer satisfaction and while we know that hurdles can sometimes arise, we strive to overcome them as seamlessly and efficiently as possible. We maintain that same customer commitment through the completion of this project and are always open to and appreciate our client’s input. Several material and design changes have been made at the client’s request and we have always received those requests with understanding and commitment to their satisfaction. Final adjustments are already being made and, as always, we are happy to do what is necessary to insure satisfactory work.

    I am not satisfied with response.  We have made no alterations to original design except for cutting the flower boxes down to meet the size of the steps. The alterations are due to poor work in original deck  having to buy more material which once again is why there is another delay.  The tanzanite can be bought at **** *****  the response that it has taken longer than expected  I be been hearing that with each excuse as to why. Waiting for material. Son hurt arm. Son had a baby.  Mom s funeral which Mr C******* made a mistake on the day. I can’t believe he didn’t know when his mom was going to be laid to rest.   He received the bulk of payment in July.   That’s on us but he has not put this customer first   The fact it is a new product is a cop out.  I am not satisfied with his response. He has done very little to make this ordeal go away

    There has been nothing done since last complaint other than to pick up material sitting in drive way  the cracks are still there and window boxes have not been attended to. Mr C******* has called my husband to say he is coming but has not shown up.  There has been nothing done at all. We are now on fourteen months since contract was signed
