This is the worst water company ?? Beware! I installed water filteration system june 2023 and started having plumbing issues , when called Plumber he found the problem with filteration system. Due to broken filteration part ,salt was spilling in water pipes.I called owner who responded very nicely and told me that it is within warranty and he will call **** manufacturers. He kept me telling your water filteration system is on way and it will be installed soon. Three months passed by and all of sudden he stopped responding. To me it is big fraud company.I wish I can file law suit as it was big health Hazard.we were drinking water spilled with salt.

Stay Away !! I had Perry and Royal water co remove a reverse osmosis system in the house we bought in West Chester, last year. They charged me $315 to remove it. I expected them , for that price , to restore the basement plumbing to builder factory specs. Nope, removed the system, hooked the intake to the output and done in 20 minutes? Shortly thereafter, it started leaking about 2 to 3 cups of water a day. I called Perry and sent him a picture of the leaking t fitting. He said it was not their fault and wanted an additional $138 to fix it? I thought about it for a couple days and told him , he had installed it, they had removed it. They were the only ones to touch it and I didn't think it was fair to charge me an additional fee. I cancelled my appointment. He responded with a snotty reply, saying I was asking him to work for free. I answered that I was only asking them to stand behind the work they had just done. I hired a Master plumber to fix the leak. I opted to have him restore the pipes to builder specs. He commented that I paid double what he would have charged to just remove it. He also felt the system had been installed incorrectly in the first place. I got a 1 year warranty on his work. So there you have it. Shoddy work, High Prices, Refuse to stand behind their work, with a Snotty Attitude ! ******* ******* said", You can fool all the people , some of the time and some of the people , all of the time." I guess that's Royal Waters Target Demographic.
