      Been to our house twice for a refrigerator issue. Charged us both times for the same problem within a month. Came home after being gone a couple of days right after they serviced the refrigerator and saw where we had a new puddle of water again. Horrible service. Obviously dont know how to fix our problem.

      I'm sorry you didn't get the level of service you wanted. Your 1st service date was 5/30/2024 refrigerator leaking. Our technician arrived and repaired the issue. You called us back on 7/1/2024 and we sent a technician right away to resolve the issue. Per technician notes the line had clogged. Unit was working as design when tech left. The reason you were charged for the second service was our service fee is only good for 30 days. This is standard thru out the industry. If you would contact our office to discuss further resolution to this I'd be more than willing to send our senior tech out .no charge on service fee since we were there on 7/1/2024. Thank you .

      Obviously you are not able to fix our problem. We've had this problem before and our last service guy took care of it. Unfortunately, he has retired. We have a new service guy coming tomorrow. We won't be using your service anymore. A refund for $175.00 for not fixing our refrigerator would be nice, but I know that's not going to happen.
