    I purchased a refrigerator and stove from Snow Brothers. Delivery drivers did not make any attempts to bring refrigerator in the house. Measurements confirmed that refrigerator would clear all doorway entries. Steve from Snow Brothers failed to return any of my calls or rendered the situation. I have a hole in my living room floor caused by Snow Brothers delivery drives who claimed damages to my property was not due to them… interestingly, it miraculously
    appeared after leaving my property
    I had to pay a outside company to remove one of my cabinets to get both appliances in, now I am at a loss because I had to pay twice for another removal of a cabinet to get the refrigerator in when I try to avoid this in one visit. I spent 13 K with Snow Brothers and this has been the most Horrible experience ever! I thought I was making a good decision by purchasing my appliance from Snow Brothers despite the horrible review.
    If you’re looking for a lot of heartache disappointment and poor customer service, poor delivery service and you have money to throw down the drain… by all means purchase any and everything you can from this company.

    For 30 years my wife and I have purchased appliances from Snow Brothers Appliance in Lyndhurst , Ohio. My story begins 3 years ago when my wife and I purchased three appliances with a refrigerator that cost $2999. The refrigerator was delivered by two guys who had no clue what they were doing. They forced the refrigerator through my front door ripping out the power chord and also ruining the circuit board it was attached too. After several weeks Snow Brothers finally had it fixed. And it has worked for the last 3 years other then making a strange sound. Well that strange sound was a cracked condensor fan. In September 2024 that fan fell apart. Two appliance repair men said it was unfixable because it must have also been dropped when delivered since the bottom frame was crushed which caused the issues with the fan. We have been living with the refrigerator in the middle of our kitchen for the last 3 months with a fan behind it to prevent a fire from starting. In those 3 months I have been dealing with Corey Kirby at Snow Brothers who has been giving me the run around saying dont worry Snow Brothers will take care of it. I learned his idea of fixing the problem was to try and get Epic who they sold me a warranty for, and GE who made the product pay for it. Neither were responsible for the issue since it was caused by Snow Brothers employees. I talked to both those companies numerous times and learned of everything that was and was not taking place from the stories Corey kept feeding me. Coreys idea of fixing the problem was to give me $800 that GE had offered though they were not responsible for it. Snow Brothers was not even willing to help me by offering anything off on a new refrigerator. After Corey jerking me around for these last 3 months I gave up on Snow Brothers who was at one time a really good company. I talked to GE once again and made a deal with them myself. I will never purchase anything from Snow Brothers again.

    NO STARS! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!! My grandparents have been loyal customers to this company for 30 years. The other day, their microwave died and the first place they thought to go to was Snow Bros. (NOT BEST BUY, LOWES OR HOME DEPOT) since they never disappointed. Yesterday, they bought a $200 microwave, went home, only to discover that it did not fit. They tried to return the microwave SAME DAY in exchange for a BIGGER and MORE EXPENSIVE microwave that was a better fit, but they rudely refused our service and failed to inform them us of this policy when we originally ASKED the policy. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE!

    Melissa (Office Manager) said she would refund the cost of the wrong ordered double oven ($2,969.97) and now she has stopped the refund to my bank.
    After 5 hours of waiting for the sales person they ordered the wrong appliance. How difficult is it to show them the floor model and they order a completely different appliance.
    Wasted 5 hours, 1 day for install that never happened, to still have no double oven or my cash back.
    DON'T BOTHER GOING HERE
