    11/16/23 went to Verizon store in ********* **** **** ********* ** called Wireless Zone on billing but door said Verizonfirst problem not true Verizon store I found out later when I called Corporate office about problem I had in store and decided to return product when they could not port my current number to new one so I tried to return items 11/20 but person in store said only person who wrote up bill could do that so I left and then he was out for Thanksgiving holiday so I called corporate office and told anyone could do cancellation with returned items and on 11/30 I returned item and I got credit to my credit card for $140 but manager could not explain why she needed corporate to talk her through transaction so I called corporate when I got bill in December for usage of equy and since bill have been talking to corporate customer service and given run around snot charges and 1/29//5 representative gave me credit of $77.47 to offset charge of $210 supposedly to my credit card but today found out it went to original bill and balance of bill left $17.43 I still owe and Verizon refused to give me anythiy back because their record said I used phone in December and owe them so out of frustration I paid today but I want others to knot of unsavory practices and false charges and lack of good truthful service -please help
