My complaint is with Tradesmen International.
I took a OSHA 10 certification test, almost a year ago with this company and pasted the test, but the company is refusing to send me certification... I've been call and getting the run around so much now, I know names of the people I'm calling, first it was ******, that would tell me she'll have some call me, then it was ****, and now it's ********* *****, ************... Mr. *****, today sent me picture of my certification, instead of asking me for my address to send the physical copy of my certification
I honestly don't understand why this unprofessional experience with them is going this far... Mr *****, called to yell at me because I mentioned contacting the BBB.
I don't know any other way to hold ********* ***** and TRADESMEN INTERNATIONAL, accountable for there lack of professionalism and unpatriotic action towards a citizen they took money from.

      Business Response

      Date: 06/04/2024

Thank you for bringing this to our attention for resolution.  Tradesmen takes all employee concerns very
seriously and we appreciate the opportunity to look into their concerns and
      take appropriate action.

I have reached out to Mr. ******* via email today, June 4,
2024 apologizing on Tradesmen’s behalf for not getting his concerns handled
promptly by the Tradesmen office located in Natick, MA.  The employees Mr.
******* originally spoke with from that office are no longer with the
company.   I have looked into this matter, and it will be resolved
      shortly.

As background information relating to Mr. *******’s
complaint, Tradesmen does not receive the physical OHSA cards as they are
mailed out directly by an outside third-party administer of the OSHA training
program. When Mr. ******* completed the OSHA 10 course online, on 2/13/2023,
the outside third-party administer mailed out the OSHA 10 card to the address he
provided to Tradesmen which was as follows:

      * ****** ***
      **** ****
      ******** **  *****

According to our third-party administrator, his OSHA
10 card was returned to them by the postal service as undeliverable and
Tradesmen was just notified by them today that it wasn’t successfully mailed to
      Mr. *******.

In my email today to Mr. *******, which I have attached, I have asked him to
provide me his correct mailing address and we will have our third-party
administrator mail him out a new OSHA card promptly.

      Kind regards,
      ******* *******, Director, Human Resources
