Great service for wide format at extremely low pricing. They always tell us to give them a heads up before supplies are low and they get them to us on time every time. They understand how we print and always do what they can to keep our plotter up and running.

My wife and I are Realtors and we rely heavily on our office copier. When we first signed up with a service contract with them several years ago, we always got great communication from the owner and staff as well as prompt service. Since the company that we originally signed with got bought out, we have had nothing but issues. I understand that we are "small potatoes" compared to other accounts, but we expect to be treated with respect. If we can't get service because other accounts have priority, then just tell us so we can make an informed decision. I scheduled a service two weeks ago and no one showed up. I saw a 330 area code number but no voicemail. I called and talked to someone who said they left voicemail(s) that they couldn't make it that day. I just took him at his word and scheduled for the following week on Monday (today) at 10am. No show at 10 am. I got a call from "Mac" stating that he could "still come out this morning" (this was at 11:30). I told Mac I was expecting him at 10 and had already scheduled my day from noon on. I stated I would be back after 2 pm. He stated "ok I will see if I can get something scheduled for the afternoon". It is now 1:46 pm and no call back to reschedule. I called "Jay" and he proceeded to throw everything back on me and blame me because they were "so busy". He blamed both appointments on me and stated that "I don't know what to tell you but we are really busy". The lack of customer service (in this case customer dis-service) is frankly appalling. I've been in business 40 years and I wouldn't be successful if we treated even our smallest client this way. Even if we have to pay more, we are switching service providers. If you need responsive service, I can't recommend Copywide.
