I DO NOT recommend Patio Enclosures. They made the wrong windows twice because they didnt follow the contract. The project was delayed and I got no response from the sales *** or the Project Manager when I sent an email outlining the multiple issues which included delays, mistakes in manufacturing and billing. Their mistakes caused delays past what in the contract. However, they were expensive and very prompt in billing.Great Day Improvements, LLC

Despite the manufacturing errors, the room remained functional while we worked to correct them. The sunroom was never functional until the final installation on Jan 29. After the first error it was basically an empty frame with one glass panel. After the 2nd mistake the window had no handle to open because it blocked to door since the window was made wrong. Even after delays and mistakes and the project going past the contract, the installation was scheduled 9 days after the windows were. The billing was another mistake in the companies part. ****, in sales, was very well versed on the product, kind and professional. There was no "hard sell." There were a couple of issues with the assembly team; however, my Customer Advocate Monica and Supervisor (?) **** took extraordinary care in making sure I was completely satisfied in the end. It's a great addition to my home and I plan to enjoy it thoroughly in the future.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We had some discoloration on some of the vinyl parts on the exterior of our patio enclosure- so I emailed the operations administrator and they ordered the parts. Although the parts took some time to come- they were pretty prompt with scheduling once the replacement parts came in. ***** was extremely professional and did the replacement in a timely manner. Patio enclosures has been extremely helpful and responsive even after the install.Great Day Improvements, LLC

We are at over 18 months post contract and Great Day has still not broken ground on my patio project. There were definitely delays for meeting city code but I did all the other work and preparation for meeting code over 8 months ago and I am still waiting for Great Day to set a date and break ground. Consumers need to be protected with the time value of money being taken into account.Great Day Improvements, LLC

1 starRun as fast as you can away from this company. They sub out the job to local contractors and mark everything up. You will NOT receive a fair rate on the project. They give you an option to finance without checking your credit score at a stupid rate of like 9%. They make up numbers push people in making deals with arbitration clauses. Most of these reviews are fake. They say they make all the product...they do not. I wish I could say they have good intentions, and care about the product. They care about stealing your money. I witnessed a job go terribly wrong. The town inspector put a stop work notice. It took months for someone from Great Day to actually come out to see. I called the scheduling line every second of my free time to hopefully get through to someone. Finally, some people came out and took a look and frankly we're embarrassed they left someone's house like this. I thought we we're finally making progress to a solution many of the people we're prior service. I was then told there plan was to finish the project, and for the troubles they we're going to gift a "skirt" around the room. (The skirt was already in the plans.) I have lost all trust and hope in the company, and it should be investigated, and hopefully jail time for destruction of people's property. I apologies for the hard-working people in this company that look to their leaders to make the right choices, and they do not. Our screened in patio look beautiful. We get many compliments on it. ****** in the office was fantastic throughout the whole process. ***, *************** did amazing work, and they were very professional. ******* ****, Did such an awesome presentation on our sun room. His product knowledge was so percised. He explained everything to us. We loved how there was never a dull moment from the time he walked in our home until I walked him to his car.
