5 stars***** and *** were excellent, professional, and kind. They explained things well over and over. They were patient, cool, and knew things well. ***** couldnt be any better. He went above and beyond. He is a great human being. ****** did well in the walkthrough and clearly knew his stuff. Plus he moved our lights from being crushed by a dumpster guy.

5 starsMy house is built into the side of a hill and I had a major water issue. OSW came promptly to my home (thank you *** for your scheduling work) and sent two crews, lead by *****. ***** was a wonderful leader who jackhammered away and then with the help of his team (shout out to ****** the plant guy) put it all back together for me, plus sump pumps and waterproofing. They worked hard to clean everything at the completion of the job. I appreciated ****** with her calm professional voice calling at the beginning and end of the job to make sure everything went smoothly. The company worked hard to make me happy and I appreciate it!Ohio State Waterproofing
