  I just had VesCo come out recently for the first time to help me get caught up on tasks that have been neglected during a busy summer. It feels great to have a fully clean house again! They did a great job and the women that did the cleaning for me were very nice and got right to work!
  I’ve never hired help cleaning before as we have always been able to keep up on it but with some changes in life, it’s so great to know I can count on quality work when I need the extra help.

  I called Vesco for a quote and spoke with a nice Gentleman, Michael I believe it was. He was able to give me a quote over the phone which made things more convenient for me that way. The Day of my appt 2 workers showed up on time, did exactly what I needed done. They even asked before leaving if I was happy and satisfied with their work or did I need anything else.
  I tipped them and told them I will be seeing them ever 2 weeks!
  The reason I rated a 5 was the fact I had used 2 other companies prior to this one and both companies showed up really late. 1 of the companies (I won’t name) had some big guy in a beat up truck that left oil in my driveway and tells me his partner had a hangover so he wasn’t sure if she was making it or not. I’m sorry but who comes to someone’s house Late then tells me I’m pretty much going to be paying for some half fast service. Thanks but no Thanks. I thank you again ladies for being on time. That was important to me. Also the fact I was asked if I was satisfied before they left. Another highlight for me. And lastly how smooth everything ran from my initial phone call up to the very end.

  1 was as low as I can go.Hired this company to clean the house before listing for sale. They spent 3 hours at the house. Very LITTLE sign they cleaned. Fianc came over and saw the results. Very Very Poor work!! When she started to clean she started taking pics of how bad they did. Some areas they never even swept, much less mopped. We have pics. Dusting was not done either. I have an email with a rep/manager on the morning of the scheduled service to make sure specific items were address. Some of those items were completely ignored.I received a call from the manager apologizing. I told him I cant let them redo the work as pics were scheduled in just a few hours. Then someone claiming to be the owner calls. He tried bullying me. Within 15 minutes of talking to the so-called owner, they charged my credit card.I would not use this organization at all.

  Miller Outfitters **** ************* West Chester Road Liberty Township, OH ***** ***** * ****** (Owner) ************ Mr. ******* We apologize that you didn't get the results you were expecting on the initial cleaning. We understand that you were trying to get a lot of last minute work done before pictures were taken today and that is why you had contractors in your house working at the same time we were cleaning. I have been in the cleaning business for 15 years and these types of situations never work out well when people try to schedule multiple projects at once because they are crunched for time. This isn't the first time we have been in this situation and we have always been happy to get our customers back on our schedule to re clean areas that need to be touched up because of other workers in the home and we have often re-cleaned at no cost to the customer because we are understanding and try to help to the best of our ability. When I called you today I did so with a great attitude willing to help. You were not happy with the cleaning and I understood. I offered to knock $100.00 off of your $300.00 bill and I offered 3 hours of free cleaning. I did this because I know what you are going through and I wanted to help. When you have contractors working at the same time cleaners are cleaning it is impossible for everything to be perfect. You however countered my offer with the offer to pay VesCo zero dollars and then threatened to go around online and write poor reviews about us. That was your only solution and you brought NO reasonable solutions to the table. You told me to sit at my desk and think about your offer and then when I tried to speak you hung up on me. Who does that? I am not sure who you do business with but if that is how you conduct yourself, my question is, how many victories has this strategy brought you? I would like to see your track record. I do a lot of business with many people throughout the Tri state area, I know many people and many business owners and if I treated them like you treated me I would have absolutely nobody in my corner and nobody would want to do business with VesCo. Now you are going around online to various platforms and calling VesCo a scam. I looked at your business and according to State of Ohio records, you became incorporated this year in March of 2022. You have been around for 5 months. Your business has almost zero online presence and I found zero reviews for Miller Outfitters. Now that seems kind of sketchy to me. Last but not least I see that you're in the gun broker / machine gun parts business. And I feel like I kind of understand why you are such a harsh person. I know life is rough for guys in your industry and the ATF is cracking down on all of you but brother Keith, you cannot let that make you become a mean person. We are a company that operates under the faith and grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. We do not do mean, rude or disrespect. We are about faith, kindness, decency and honor. Even though you're going around trying to slander our name, my offer still stands. I will refund you $100.00 and give you 3 hours of free cleaning at any property you want, any place within our service area, at any time. Hopefully you can see that we are not as bad as you are making us out to be. I understand your emotions are high and you're stressed. I will pray for you my brother.
