    Best prices I found and fast delivery. My insurance company told me it would take four to six months to get me a device...Really?!?!?! for a major insurance company that starts with the letter A?!?!?!? so yeah i paid out of pocket but I got my device in 3 days hopefully this country will get its medical system fixed but until it does at least we have options like 1800cpap.com!

    When I called I left a voicemail for them to call me back. They called me back within 24 hrs. and answered all of my questions. My supply was immediately filled and shipped. I got my supplies within two days. I have never had any issues with my product.

    When I was looking to purchase cleaning supplies for my new ResMed 11, they did not bother to tell me that CPAP manufacturers were recommending not to use the So Clean system and it would void my warranty. They sold it to me anyway. Probably will not come back t them

    On a trip to London, I had forgotten at home the connector to my mask. My husband “McGuyvered” my mask to the hose with masking tape, which you can imagine worked less than well. I messaged Sam on chat & he assured me he’d be open Monday and could help me. He didn’t have the part at the shop but did sell me a new mask - plus he threw in a slimline hose. It was wonderful to be able to sleep again! Great company. Thanks Sam!
