    The camp took our money and never offered a refund. They changed the date and time of camp, then when we arrived there was no camp. I have photos of the empty football field where the camp was supposed to be. We sent multiple emails over multiple months, with no reply. I should’ve known something was up when the company didn’t have a phone number listed, but their marketing on FB shows many kids attending their camps. Even heard from the player they supposedly had lined up for the camp and that player knew nothing about the camp. Beware of this company NextGen Camps. Apparently they have changed their name and rebranded under a different name, which I’m guessing is because of their fraudulent business practices. The new name is “SANIL”. I would never do business with such a shady organization.

    Bad customer service didnt respond to any emails then a few hours before the event tell us it gets canceled. I wish I was smart enough to review the ****** reviews and better business bureau before I gave them my credit card another scam company. I bet they change their name soon and began scamming everyone again with their new name. Thanks for letting down my son for his birthday present that bought him. Been looking forward to this for 3 months. Still no refund. ************

    Horrible Customer Service Experience . The camp we signed up for was Advertised to take place in a specific City and Next Gen Camps later changed the city location. We could not make the camp due to the commute time because of the City change. I immediately emailed. When I did not get a response I reached out through their FB page. I have not heard back from anyone and have made several attempts to find a resolution and discuss being reimbursed because the Camp did not take place in the City it was advertised in. No one has taken the time to look into this for me nor offer any guidance on how whom I could speak with. My follow up emails go unanswered. I never leave bad reviews and feel obligated to do so because of the lack of Customer Service that this company has. I would hate for anyone to lose out on a camp fee because the Camp switches the city location. I do not think I am in the wrong for asking for a reimbursement and I feel that this company should not ignore requests/emails when people are asking for help or guidance of any kind.
