He was hired thru Corns Quality Woodworking who installed new kitchen cabinets for me. He was to install LED tape lighting in the new cabinets The LED lighting required two low voltage dimmer switches and two low voltage transformers. I paid him on 8/28/23, $1,765.00 per his proposal of 7/13/23 PDF attached. That evening I noticed the LED lighting flickering , I called Mr. ****** and his response was this is the first time he did this lighting and will send *** his employee over to see what was wrong. *** realized the problem was due to the fact that high voltage dimmers were installed to the low voltage transformers causing the constant flickering. After two weeks on 9/18/23 Mr. ****** texted me to say the dimmers were a 3 to 4 weeks lead-time to get. After several attempts to reach Mr. ****** he finally answered my call on 10/17/23 with this text" "how it seams you have a listening problem. I told you the dimmers were a 8-10 week item. You can get mad all you want. By the way you didn't pay for low voltage dimmers." At this point he is clearly lying about availability of these dimmers. They were in stock every supply business I contacted. He clearly screwed this up and I had to hire another electric company to fix what he wasn't going to fix. I expect his business to pay what it cost me to fix the problem of the constant flickering lighting. The low voltage transformers installed by him clearly state "Dimmer if used must be electronic low voltage dimmers Reference WAC Lighting EN-BT60-24 class two power transmitter..
