Problems listed but are not limited to: leaking gutters, gutters installed incorrectly, leaking roof on porch all the way around, siding still coming off in places, tresses 6' apart on roof instead of 24" all windows are leaking enough to blow out a candle and several other issues, hand cut my $7000.00 custom mahogany door without permission, door then installed incorrectly. I gave **** several chances to come back out and fix these issues… he did come out but unfortunately his attitude and lack of attention to detail prevented him from finishing the job. Now I’m left with an unfinished job. As of 01/11/2023 I gave him his last notice to fix which he declined and threatened to sue even though the job is not finished.

I am rejecting this response because:

Yancers “tampering” allegations are completely false! I’m more than willing to have it inspected by a third party to lay out every part of the job that is unfinished and or not installed properly. 70k dollars has already been paid yet the job is still not finished. If he thinks the job is done, why didn’t he ask for more money since September 2022? No contact whatsoever since said date.  And you can bet for sure it’s because he knew things were messed up and not finished. Thank you.
