      We hired All American Roof Pros to check and quote roof leakage of our property. They demand to charge $500 for checking and it will apply to future fixes. They checked the roof and emailed the quote on 3/20/2024, but since then, they have not been picking up our phone calls and not returning our emails. It has been raining the past weeks, so we had to hire others to complete the work. Since they are not responding as promised, we want the $500 back as they have not done what they promised.

      We received a Second Notice in the mail today regarding a complaint from **** **. Looking through our CRM, I didn't see any correspondence from the customer where he contacted us via email or phone, however he talked to one of our office staff on 4/8 where he asked for images that we took so we sent them over and when we followed up with him on the 12th he told us he went with someone else and wanted his $500 back. We mailed the $500 check on that same day. It cleared our bank on 4/22. I have attached the check as well as the correspondence in our CRM with the customer. Please let me know if you need anything else from me. Thanks.

      We signed a contract with All American Roof Pros in September 2022. They began work the following month and there were numerous problems, not all of them were their fault but many were. These included ordering the wrong size skylights for our sunroom, removing the skylights from the bedroom because no one told the workers that they needed leaving in, leaving the roof unfinished despite despite a storm coming through, which resulted in water pouring in to our sunroom - twice! Both times they came out quickly to repair it but this should not have happened in the first place. We have not received reimbursement for the damaged daybed mattress that got soaked because of the leak and the guttering above the backdoor has not been repaired despite me communicating that it leaks incessantly when it rains. They finally completed the roof and the repairs to the inside of the sunroom in May 2023.

      I have emailed them twice to ask about reimbursement and when the repair work will be completed on the guttering and have heard NOTHING back. I emailed on May 17th and again on June 5th. I have given them a month to respond and so I feel it is necessary to escalate this further to ensure a reasonable outcome.

      Hello, 

      I have been in contact with the customer and we are reaching a resolution to this complaint. He emailed back to an employee who was ill, for 6 days, and never returned. We never got his response and it was a misunderstanding. We weren't not trying to answer the customer in anyway, we had no idea he was reaching out since the emails were never received. He never called our office about the issue or it would've been handled immediately.  We let him know all of this and we are currently looking at solution.
