    Elite total insight Gadget took money out of my account told me I could only receive 50 percent I said what I never signed up for any membership. She put me on hold came back and said ok 70 percent. Amount $101.55. ************

    I had $50.87 taken out of my checking account. When I contacted the business I told them I did not order anything from them and they said I was entered to win a sweepstakes. I told them I do not do those things and how did they get my account number. The lady said this was customer initiated and I couldn't have a refund. Then she said she would give me $15.00 back. I want the full refund. I did not initiate this process nor did I give this company authorization to take $50.87 out of my checking. She couldn't even find an account for me, she could only find an account with my address and I haven't lived at my address very long. I would appreciate a refund and to file a complaint.

    On 08/12/2022, this company, Elite Total Insight, charged my debit card for $101.00. For what, I do not know. I have never heard of this company. I called my bank and they gave me the name of this merchant. My bank told me that this company, Elite Total Insight sells gadgets. I asked the representative, "What kind of gadgets and she said, things like knives and other tactical gear. I DO NOT USE TACTICAL GEAR!!! I do not know these people hacked into my account but I am going to have them prosecuted to the fullest. I work hard just to pay bills and to think of these evil-minded people using technology to steal your money. This is not a legitimate company and whomever these sneaky perverts are, they need to refund every penny of what they stole. I mean that. I want them prosecuted for theft, card fraud nd every other kind of charge that has to do with theft. I have read some of the reviews of what this fraudulent business has done to other people and their accounts. It's sad, really sad!!!!!!

    On August 8, 2022, there is a fraudulent charge of $101.55 to my bank account. I don't know this company nor have I received any item or service from them.
