Back in early May I signed a contract for Fun Center to clean my pool weekly, and to do a debris clean up in my pool. After 3 weeks of trying to just clear up my pool using chemicals they determined that my filter was the issue. So they did find an issue with my filter. Which cost me around $480. But then they just kept putting more chemicals and not getting anywhere. I then proceeded to ask them if they actually swept my pool which he said yes. I eventually fired them because of the amount of money I was throwing away. I told them that in the past when I cleaned my pool if I didn't get the deep end cleared up my pool would not clear up. But his response was that they tried sweeping the deep end and they couldn't find anything. Which I have photos that proves that that is not true. I would like a full refund for the amount of the chemicals they wasted. After I fired them I swept my pool and added chemicals and now my pool is clear. This was supposed to save me money and time and I ended up spending $1,112.82 for my pool to look terrible.

Mr. ***** hired us to maintain his pool on for the summer. He was informed that his pool was a green swamp and that it would take time and estimated $500-$1,000 to clean up. We discovered the pool filter was not filter properly as Mr. ***** mentioned we repair that and pool started to improve. In beginning of July, Mr. ***** said he would like take care of vacuuming the pool and finishing clearing up the pool on his own. At that time we canceled the agreement and did not know there was a complaint or problem since we stopped servicing the pool in July.

During the 5 week service for Mr. ****** pool, we charged him $40 to vacuum on the 1st week service and the other 4 weeks vacuuming the pool was not included in the weekly service, it was just testing the water chemical balance and addition of weekly maintenance chemicals and algae killing chemicals to clear the pool. I had already communicated with Mr. ***** that is was going to cost more to clean up the pool because of the extent of algae condition. We did not charge for $190.84 to help offset his expense of cleaning the pool. We also had a major storm which multiplied his problem with debris in the pool (see txt). That was all prior to the filter repair. Once the filter was repaired the pool did start clearing up with proper filtration and the chemicals we had added. Mr. ***** agreed to do the vacuuming of the pool (see txt). Two weeks after we repaired the filter Mr. ***** cancel service and said he would take over, which we allowed him to cancel his contract. We believe we added the proper chemicals and repaired the pool filter to get him to the point of being able to vacuum the pool on his own and the pool cleared up. We did every effort to keep him informed of the cost and tried to save him money by having him doing the additional vacuuming needed to speed up the process.
