    Absolutely will never recommend this company to anyone for any reason. I applied for an apt in ******** in *********. an upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment and qualified for the rent x 2 as Synergy requirements designated in their descriptor. Also, all utilities are paid for with this apt. I have an immaculate criminal record...no traffic tickets or criminal activity on my record of any kind. I have not rented in a couple years due to living with my mother and taking care of her until her passing. Synergy denied my app stating no rental history and not enough income. This apartment is one street over from several crack houses, yet Synergy demands and upstanding, affluent applicant for this property. They should be investigated for possible rejection seniors on social security or geriatric prejudice. Ridiculous business practice!
