  Dec 1 - 2024 Remodel of a bath room walk in Shower to be done Dec 23 -2024 it's not done yet needs a door + a handle in shower. He put new siding in the house in March and it still not done the last of Aug. He started the deck first of June I asked for all timbers Deck and the skirt is just wood. Not happy with that and it's still not done its Aug 29. He asked us if we wanted a garage we said we thought about it that was in June he had plans drawn up for 2 car garage with out asking us and when he told how much we though it was to much but I tried to talk to him about a garage and a half he just got mad brought building permit told me to sign it and when I did it told him a garage and a half he got nasty and since it I put the measurements in up at the City building Will next day he in hospital with a hart att and would not talk to us. Next day a boy came to dig at the garage put the footer in and we said to the man that's to small for a garage and a half he said its not its a single one. We tryed to talk to him we even tex him he would not talk to us. So we have a single garage we don't like. We cant put our garbage can or lawn mower in and car to it to small he is no good for remodeling house.
  Our house is not done yet. Siding + deck and garage to. And no I will not pay for the garage it's not what we wanted. Not happy with him. We payed him for everything but the siding. He never gives us receipt for things just tells us in the contract how much it's his word for it.
  He got us a water heater and a new air conditioner they put it in it did not work it would not get cold in the house we keep telling him come out and he came 3 times and said it needed more vents in the house. We don't want that we want him to take it back but he won't he said it will make our house sell better. I said it don't work take it out off the property. He won't so it passed 30 days he not worked 4 weeks now. He is just not a good man to work with he wants it his way. We want our money back on the air conditioned he won't give it to us. 2 of his men asked us if we payed for the bath room we showed them we did they said they have yet to be payed that was in March. And our bath room is still not done in Aug 29. We had to clean up after them nails in the drive way and in the yard he will not give us our money for the air conditioner $4000.00 he has fasia $2200.00 and only payed once and he put it 3 times the heater does not work it connected to the air conditioner.
  He has not work for 4 weeks and don't say why He is like a little kid do a little here and there and don't get thing done.

  Contract dated: 3/24/2024 Roof $2,400.00 for new sheeting 

  Contact dated: 3/9/2024 Siding $8,7500.00 plus the difference between the allowance and actual cost of exterior doors

  Contract dated: 3/24/2024 New attached garage $15,000.00 

  All work will be suspended until above balances are paid. 

  Payments must be received within 10 days of above date.
