    Very disappointed in this company not following through with their promises. We had use K&A in the summer of 2024 with great results. Had them come back in November to trim fruit trees, remove 6 apple trees and trim 4 other trees. **** was over $5000. Owner ***** came to collect payment during the work and then left . Once he was gone remaining workers did not finish the job. My husband had to argue with them about unfinished work. Contacted owners next day to inform what happened and that one tree was not trimmed like the others and that their worker had drove truck over drain tile and broke cap. (We had advised prior where tile was). We asked that they come back out and look at apple tree not trimmed and reimburse us for new cap. It has been 6 months, multiple phone calls and text messages and nothing has happened. Always an excuse or reason for not coming out. Now to late to trim tree. The cap was only $10 but it is the point they did not stand by their work or promises. Do not pay for work till completed as promised and according to estimate.
