    Was sent an invoice for live fish, the amount was different then what was agreed upon, ******** ******** said that he didn’t tell us about tax but if we didn’t want to pay tax to Zelle him directly. He then sent the fish overnight via Southwest Cargo. He in turn sent us a second bill for shipping and said we had to pay when we pick up. That was never disclosed to us, it was also more than double the price we were quoted in writing. He said he forgot to include on the invoice. Now he’s refusing to refund us. We never received the fish.

    Firstly ******* has received a full refund. He failed to even read my messages that I was sending him regarding the situation which he stated. We tried numerous times tto reach out to him via phone to come up with a resolution. ******* stated that he didn’t even read the invoice. ******* was not charged shipping on invoice and would have been charged at pick up at Southwest cargo. However our driver who dropped shipments prepaid for it on accident which we take accountability for however buyer is still responsible for shipping cost. Upon reaching out to him to have him pay for the shipping he felt like because there was a mistake he shouldn’t have to pay for it now. He refused to pay for shipping and I told him I would reroute shipment back to him and offered a full refund. Given that these fish health is at stake with a prolonged shipping process now my first priority was to get the fish reroute back and then I would refund his money. ******* couldn’t wait and was threatening to slander via social media due to the fact he wouldn’t even read my messages and continued to keep messaging over and over. I provided ******* a full refund same day.
